Who I Am
I didn’t always have a healthy relationship with food, and it wasn’t until 2 years ago that I started to think harder about how I really wanted my relationship with my diet and fitness to be better. I started to cherish my body more, instead of hating it.
One day I looked in the mirror and decided that I wanted to treat my body with the love that it deserved. This was something I starved it of for too long. Being able to move your body is something that not everyone can do, and is often overlooked.
I aim to help others find that same want. To help others discover that their bodies are worthy of love, and that the blessing of being able to move your body should be celebrated every day.
Everyone deserves to feel confident and beautiful in the body they were given, and with the help of exercise and nutrition, I want to help you create a body that you will feel 100% confident in.
